By using Away Game, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Away Game is

Away Game is a trip planning platform for groups. It helps you and your crew pick destinations, coordinate dates, split expenses, and build itineraries together.

User accounts

You can participate in trips anonymously via share links — no account required. You pick a display name when you join. Account creation is optional and unlocks additional features.

Your content

You own everything you create on Away Game — comments, expenses, votes, itinerary items. We don't claim any rights to your content. We only store it to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Please use Away Game responsibly. That means:

• Don't abuse, spam, or overload the service
• Don't use it for anything illegal
• Don't attempt to access other users' data
• Don't interfere with other people's trips

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Subscription & billing

Away Game offers a free tier and a Pro plan. The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually, depending on your choice. You can cancel anytime — your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Limitation of liability

Away Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Away Game is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll note the new date at the top of this page. Continued use of Away Game after changes means you accept the updated terms.
